What do you like best about PoliteMail? Love how easy it is to turn PoliteMail on. It's very intuitive and user-friendly. This platform enables my organization to track open and click-though rates to evaluate communications success over time. What do you dislike about PoliteMail? I've had trouble sending out large emails (1 MB+). When I click send, nothing happens. Not knowing if an email was actually sent or not creates anxiety because we definitely do not want to send out multiple ...

"Nice tool and great support in the background"

What do you like best about PoliteMail? The analysis and reports of campaigns and newsletters are very insightful and help to improve the content. And I like the new template builder. What do you dislike about PoliteMail? Setting up new mailing lists is not very intuitive. What problems is PoliteMail solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy way of sending nice newsletter to recipients and helping to inform them about a certain topic. The optional tracking capabilities are a nice add on.

What do you dislike about PoliteMail? It can be a little clunky sometimes with images, but once you know what you're doing, it's super easy. What problems is PoliteMail solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps me send to massive lists and provides key metrics that I wouldn't get otherwise.
