What do you like best about PoliteMail? The variety of templates are nice and for the most part easy to use/personalize, customer service reps were very helpful in working with us to find solutions. "Great application when it's working"
What do you like best about PoliteMail? Email tracking is easy to implement and activate and the resulting metrics are very easy to digest. What do you dislike about PoliteMail? Unfortunately, our team struggles on a regular basis with PoliteMail tech issues. We continue to have issues building and updating templates, refreshing metrics, and even getting emails to send from the server on a weekly basis.
