"PoliteMail is a great integrated solution for communications."

What do you like best about PoliteMail? Love the integration with Outlook. "I use PoliteMail for Open and Read metrics on all of our internal communications."

What do you like best about PoliteMail? The data is super helpful! We use the open and read metrics to track the progress and areas that need improvement in our internal communications. "Great Product and Tool. Customer Service could be better"

What do you like best about PoliteMail? The Tool and software is great with metrics and works well with our large environment What do you dislike about PoliteMail? The customer service starting out was poor. We then voiced our concerns and we are getting slightly better customer service What problems is PoliteMail solving and how is that benefiting you? "Intuitive and easy to use"

What do you like best about PoliteMail? I like how you can input lists to send out emails and create templates. What do you dislike about PoliteMail? We have tried using third party solutions to have tracking for internal communications, but our IS security configurations made it difficult to ensure reliable delivery of important employee communications originating from outside IPs. "Good with email campaigns"

What do you like best about PoliteMail? I like that we can track and measure the effectiveness of our email campaigns and newsletters. What do you dislike about PoliteMail? PoliteMail is not compatible with Mac. I have to use a virtual machine literally just for this. Recommendations to others considering PoliteMail: Use a PC.
