We have tried using third party solutions to have tracking for internal communications, but our IS security configurations made it difficult to ensure reliable delivery of important employee communications originating from outside IPs. PoliteMail is not compatible with Mac. I have to use a virtual machine literally just for this. Recommendations to others considering PoliteMail: Use a PC.
