"Too many glitches"

What do you like best about PoliteMail? The best part of using PoliteMail has been the ease of sending communications from another mailbox address. "Several Outstanding issues with product"

What do you like best about PoliteMail? Easy to use Dan is a quality engineer and good to work with. He has helped us through several implementations and issues. What do you dislike about PoliteMail? Deadlock issues Unable to send issues Slow response on support tickets Inconsistent list expansion Inconsistent reporting metrics What problems is PoliteMail solving and how is that benefiting you? When it works, it helps track internal corporate email engagement.

"Good analytics, no Mac option, poor support and frequent issues"

What do you like best about PoliteMail? Detailed analytics and Outlook integration What do you dislike about PoliteMail? No Mac desktop option, frequent issues, problems with delayed sends, double sends, support isn't always responsive for ongoing issues What problems is PoliteMail solving and how is that benefiting you? Not trusting open rates lately (have drastically dropped for some users with no change in format, distribution list, timing, etc.)

"Great Product and Tool. Customer Service could be better"

What do you like best about PoliteMail? The Tool and software is great with metrics and works well with our large environment What do you dislike about PoliteMail? The customer service starting out was poor. We then voiced our concerns and we are getting slightly better customer service What problems is PoliteMail solving and how is that benefiting you? "PoliteMail is a great integrated solution for communications."

What do you like best about PoliteMail? Love the integration with Outlook. Outlook integration makes it easy for me to use our built-in distribution lists, creating a more seamless experience What do you dislike about PoliteMail? "Intuitive and easy to use"

What do you like best about PoliteMail? I like how you can input lists to send out emails and create templates. What do you dislike about PoliteMail? I don't like how it shuts down my outlook from time to time. What problems is PoliteMail solving and how is that benefiting you? Sending out massive emails to our company.
