New software, just getting started
What do you like best? Each area of the campus has it's own dashboard. What do you dislike? There is issues with the waiting list and previous outpatients which makes using the waiting list confusion. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Previously we were using a different CRM, accounting, and clinical programs. Now we're all under one program which has increased efficiency in the business off.

Little issues so far
What do you like best? It’s well organized, easy to use, has different kinds of accessibility for management, nurses, CNAs, etc What do you dislike? Other than crashing a few times, I’ve had no issue. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Provides an excellent electronic health records system for our building.

PCC review
What do you like best? pretty intuitive, easy to navigate. It has quick access bars and does not require multiple windows to open like some EHRs. I also like that it is easy to review the individual patients easily and break down by unit or name. What do you dislike? varies significantly between companies and buildings. What do you like best? It can gather and organized PHI as you meed it to. Minimize errors in PHI by personalizing each file with patient photo. They system is as good as the company internal structure. Meaning, it depends on us to correctly update the system . What do you dislike? Errors can not be removed. Easy to use
What do you like best? Easy to use and organized in a makes sense kind of way. PCC was easy to learn and use right away What do you dislike?
