Simple and convenient
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It allows us to send customized review templates to our clients so that they can easily leave reviews with just a click of a button. Podium changed the way we interact with patients!

What do you like best? It has really helped our hospital's positive reviews! What do you dislike? It bumps up our Google reviews, but now we don't get much feedback on Yelp or Facebook. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We used to get a lot of negative reviews because sadly, most people are more apt to complain vs. praise. With Podium reminding them, and making it super easy and top of mind, the happy people are speaking up!

Amazing ROI
What do you like best? We've seen our leads explode, super easy response via the app or desktop, and the customer service is nothing short of amazing. What do you dislike? The app can be "glitchy" at times on mobile, but if seems to revolve around software updates. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
