Great service, company, and product!

I’ve had such a great experience with the customer service here. I had questions about the platform prior to deciding to make the switch from my existing host. They were prompt and thorough in answering me. What they offer is wonderful and will work for most anyone, but for my needs after using the platform for a few weeks, it’s lacking in a couple important areas for me. Podcastle makes creating each podcast episode so simple. From recording to editing the process is fast and easy.

Super user-friendly

As someone who had zero experience with audio editing and podcasting, Podcastle made the experience so easy and enjoyable. The program is super user-friendly and the results are amazing.The fact that you can undo whatever action you took, the auto-leveling, the magic dust, they all help in creating a smooth and professional result. The one thing I would suggest adding is more sound effects.

Simple to use and great customer service

Decided to trial this for a recorded interview. The software is so easy to use and allows you to make and edit video recordings with ease - trust me, if it wasn't easy I wouldn't have been able to sort it. I had some issues with the location and it meant that I couldn't upload the videos at first but their team was at hand to help me out and make sure it worked perfectly. Will definitely use this as a go-to for future recordings.

Terrific product

I'm a relatively new user of Podcastle, but thus far my experience has been terrific. Easy to use, and whenever I've run into any issues the support staff has been very responsive.

Podcastle is easy to use

Podcastle has been extremely easy to use, and there have been helpful improvements over the last three months. It takes a while to generate transcripts, especially for multiple guests - but I will run the transcripts while I finalize the thumbnails on another app. There is an excellent selection of free music and sound effects for use in your podcasts as well. The autosave is also a blessing and you can restore deleted sections of audio easily.
