Easy-to-use platform with great service and fantastic educational blog

I have been using Podcastle for 7 months, and have been thrilled with the platform! It is very user-friendly, both for me and my guests. The worst

The worst! Bad tactics. Very hard to cancel, stay away!

Terrible experience

I started using the platform thinking that it would speed up my workflow, but it just made things worse. I tried to cancel my subscription, but they didn't process it and I got charged again. I contacted the team to fix it and they just kept sending me their 7-day policy canned reply. I wish I had read the reviews before paying for a service like this.

This tool makes audio editing easy for even the most inexperienced users

What I like most about this platform is the ease of use and the great human team that works on it, offering support and guidance whenever necessary. Without Podcastle it would have been very difficult for me to start recording my own podcasts. Thanks again to the entire support team for their friendliness and efficiency.

Love podcastle

Love podcastle. I came across it online while i was looking for a platform I can start my recording as a newbie. Must say its easier than i thought and the team was in contact with me when i needed help so i appreciate that a lot. I would recommend Podcastle to everyone and the subscription is at a good price compared to others.

One of the best solution to realize a podcast

Podcastle it's a very easy to use and complete software for podcasters. You can record completle online in separate voice tracks, invite your guests and than edit and save your show. It is a kind of Audacity but completely online. The team is amazing and very kind, I had a little issue and they discovered and solved the bug very quickly. For me one of the best free software for podcasting.

Easy to Use. Great human Customer Service.

I have put off starting my podcasts due to a lack of tech knowledge and equipment. Pocastle has made podcasting so easy even I can do it! And if I can, you can too! But most importantly, Podcastle has real customer service, with humans that take time to understand your question or concern and then help you address it.
