I appreciate their timely response

I appreciate their timely response, per my issue, although, if I'd have known beforehand, that the Directory were an option for listing my current podcast, rather than finding it out after submitting the podcast for migration (as they do push that), I would have considered the experience excellent.

I really appreciate the response times and attention to the detail of what I was needing. My podcast means a lot to me and customer service in many areas has honestly gone down the tubes. These people here are exceptional and I'm thankful.

Technology great, support even better!

I am just starting a podcast and went the Podbean route due to the better no cost starter (hopefully will get to a paid one as it grows!). I had a support question and not only was it answered within several hours but I had not responded that it worked and they followed up with me! If this is how they roll, I will be using them to host my paid version when that day comes!
