Lovely podcast platform
I really like podbean as a podcast platform. I like the player, the syndication feature and the website builder. The captioning capability is wonderful and I appreciate that there is a DIY option. The email customer service works well. To me, you get a lot for your money with podbean and I feel that all aspects of the platform are well designed and quite easy to use. I haven't tried the live podcast feature yet but it looks interesting too. I use the podbean app to listen to podcasts too ...

I am a recent user of Podbean as i needed to listen to a podcast that was only available on Podbean. Before this i was not aware of podbean platform. My need to contact customer services was due to my profile photo being uploaded sideways. In a few days time i was contacted by Podbean customer services to try again with the photo upload, which this time was uploaded correctly. Very satisfied with overall experience. Resolving my request quickly and professionally.
My email and password were messed up and as the results, I lost the access to my Podbean session. The support responded my request quickly and we had several email exchanged. The Podbean support is knowledgeable and handled my case professionally. I was very satisfied.
