The people at Podbean are so fast and efficient at helping with issues!!! I was actually shocked they got back to me so quickly and even after the issue was resolved they made sure it really was. So happy to be using this platform.

Podbean’s customer service staff should run the world. I spoke with them, everyday, over a week and a half, handling every instance quickly and with a plan. Melody was incredibly efficient, kind, a boss. Everyone was so adept at their job. I’m like gonna miss them now that all is resolved.
