Quick help for a major headache

I was having a horrible time trying to figure out how to get my podcast approved on Apple Podcasts. I kept running into problems with my image size, even after troubleshooting with Apple. The Podbean team helped me get it done efficiently!

Great customer service

Although the outcome of the investigation is not to my satisfaction (I am sad that the podcast in question has been removed from Podbean), the support process has been a GREAT experience: I received timely feedback, my emails were responded to in a timely and corteous manner, follow up was promised and the promise kept. So overall I am greatly satisfied with the support process itself.

Kind quick and great help

Although the problem we had was not directly with Podbean (the distribution in some apps need more steps), you help me a lot to solve it and now Im only waiting for the review to get published. The answers to my emails were always very kind and helpful and the answering time was very quick.

Support was helpful, but needs improvement.

I didn’t like the way that Support gets back with you right away. First they send you a ticket number and then they’ll send you an answer to your problem. What I didn’t like was that it took several emails to resolve the issue I had when it could’ve been done in one. I would try their solution, then email them again, then they send me another solution, and links to support articles, which at times were not very clear. The people at Podbean are so fast and efficient at helping with issues!!! I was actually shocked they got back to me so quickly and even after the issue was resolved they made sure it really was. So happy to be using this platform.
