The email response upon initiating a support Ticket is vastly improved. Problem resolution is where it should be. Of course tech issues take a bit more time. Over all issue resolutions are not out of line with industry standards.

So Easy to Podcast from a Phone!
I can't believe how easy it is to create and distribute a podcast through PodBean (and an Android phone!). Seriously, my family and I created our first podcast (included provided intro/outro music)--and had it published--within an hour. Then, it was already listed on Apple, Amazon Music, Spotify, iHeart Radio, etc. within 8 hours! What do you like best about PodBean? I find the user interface, reporting, and customer support to be exceptional. The price point is also extremely competitive in the space. I've been using Podbean for over 6 months and have been completely satisfied.
