Highly Rated Customer Experience

The customer service of this company is really fantastic compared to other online experiences that I have had in the past. They get back to you quickly and your issue is always handled properly and completely with urgency. No one asked more stupid questions than me, but they are always very patient, and they always answer With professionalism and intelligence this is truly a great company to deal with and I recommend you deal with them whenever possible

I was publishing a time sensitive episode, and I ran into an impediment I'd never encountered in my 4 years with Podbean. I was unable to upload, but the customer service person was VERY helpful, and explained to me what the situation was. They helped to resolve my problem, and I'm most grateful. I've absolutely enjoyed working with this company for the 4 years that my podcast has been in existence. Looking forward to the day when I can add my 2nd show.
