They'll delete your data even if paid!

The site is a bit glitchy and difficult to use in some ways, but overall they handled my podcast decently well for two years. However, when I was considering a new podcast service and checked out the cancelation options, they said that if I canceled, ALL of my data would be deleted IMMEDIATELY upon canceling. Even though I'd paid for a year-long subscription! How can it possibly be legal to delete people's data if they've paid for a subscription? Even with free trials on most sites, if ...

I recommend Podbean…

I have been podcasting with Podbean a few years now and they have been easy to work with. They provide regular formats in order to help increase listeners. I have assisted 2 friends begin podcasting through Podbean. I am not tech savvy but they have always helped me work through what I was trying to accomplish.

Podbean is a great service for…

Podbean is a great service for podcasting. Has the most competitive rate and is easy to use. When I was done with podcasting I accidentally let my annual subscription start again and podbean let’s you cancel and get a refund rather than keep your money.

Been a podbean user for years and…

Been a podbean user for years and recently set up a profile for a client. Was a bit rusty on some of the new stuff but podbean customer service was absolutely responsive and was able to answer quickly any question and pretty much have it resolved immediately. This is a fantastic green flag. Extremely happy with podbean.
