Excellent Customer Service
The customer service I received from Bert was amazing. I’ve had to contact them twice and both times he gave an accurate answer and resolved the issue both times immediately. Customer service is one of the key things I look for when looking for a company to spend my money with. After the service I received I will stay a customer of Podbean for as long as I need their services.

Platform is pretty easy to use for a newbie to the podcasting community. I love that it broadcasts the rss feed to so many other apps. Customer services has been very helpful as well.
