Great product & service

Great product. We've tried out Buzzsprout and Podbean for quite a large podcast. Podbean is miles better. API connection is amazing so we can connect podcast scheduling to our back end software. Support were brilliant. Highly recommend! Thank you @Podbean for a great product and service!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR…

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR PODCAST!!!! If you are starting a podcast, you deserve to have a company that will not rip you off at the first opportunity! I recently cancelled my account with Podbean, but they continue to charge me the monthly fee!! Not the greatest customer service, to say the least. Took me 2 weeks to get my podcast on Apple due to having issues with my logo. Asked for help, got none, and had to figure the problem out myself.

Great Customer Support!

I couldn't figure out how to change the image at the bottom of my podcast page. I asked for help, and Leslie told me how to change the image. Her response was quick and complete, and I made the change easily now that I understood what to do.

Podcasters need to switch to Podbean

I am very impressed with Podbean. The platform is very well designed and allows you to grow your podcast. The customers service is the best I have ever experienced. I have had only a few issues over the 5 years that I used them and each time it was resolved in hrs.
