Plutio for Managing Your Business Needs

What do you like best? Plutio is visually appealing, easy to use, and has a lot of features that you'll need to do CRM, manage your team, and so on. There's a lot they include in the software. The worst company I have ever seen so far.

What do you like best? I liked they whitelabel features but it didn't work so we cancelled. What do you dislike? I found out they were still billing my card after months I cancelled and they don't want to process a refund. Seriously. Recommendations to others considering the product: Stay away from Plutio. Their support is terrible, they will keep billing your credit card after cancellation and offer no refunds. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Would avoid until they fix their customer service

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Building task is very easy and well laid out. You are able to easily streamline every project and break down the task for each person working on the project. I wouldn't use the time logging but it seemed to be a wonderful tool for those that would something like that. What aspects are problematic or could work better? No help ever with customer service. Lame customer service

What do you like best? It was easy to get started, a lot of this was intuitive. What do you dislike? The lake of customer service and help form, pages, videos and all that. No refunds for unsatisfied experiences. Perhaps if there were real people to talk with about our issues, we would not have been unhappy in the end. Worst project management softwaare

Worst project management softwaare. Do not use it. Onboarded dozens of clients and we're seeing so many bugs which ruins our trust with clients. It was a terrible experience working with them.Can't express how bad of an experience. Choose ANY other project management software!

Best project management software

What do you like best? Plutio is easy to use yet very powerful. It has projects, tasks, proposals, contracts, time tracking and more. Interface is clear, everything is where it should be. But perhaps the best thins about Plutio is its founder, Leo Bassam. The guy is passionate about the product and interacts with the users. What do you dislike? All in one tool for freelancers and sme's

What do you like best? It has invoicing, proposals, time tracking and task management, to name a few. You can also use it as a crm. Nice website. What do you dislike? It has the basic features. Nothing for bigger companies. The UI is good but adding clients and team members are the same so it can be a little confusing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sending simple invoices, proposals, managing tasks.

Great dashboard for projects

What do you like best? Plutio is very easy to use. We primarily use it for invoices and time tracking. It’s nice to have both features in one place. In addition, the Plutio team is constantly listening to feedback and updating the software. It is great software. What do you dislike? None. I really like the software and the easy-to-use dashboard. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great for managing invoices and time tracking.
