You get a monthly usage tracking email which shows your progress towards various goals so you'll want to to use it more in order to obtain the next 'badge'.

What do you like best about Pluralsight Skills? The Dashboard is really nice. you can view your teams progress and keep track of all the courses your team is working on. The Dashboard is very well though out and gives you all of the information you need quickly.
