Disappointed in the support quality

Generally, it's a good application. I'm already using it for a few months. But like some other customers, I'm also disappointed in the support quality. On one of the servers I manage with Ploi.io, the connection to the database stopped working (access denied for root password). I can manage databases manually, but it is fascinating how they just don't care about a problem like this and leaving ticket unsolved for 15+ days. great control panel with poor support

Update: I no longer recommend this service to anyone. The tech stack is good but the developer is pretty rude and have poor attitude. they have removed the support for basic plan mentioning how poeple reach related to minor issues like SSL costing their time. previously i changed the plan to Pro get the support related to WordPress and w3 total cache nginx .conf file only get to know that they have disabled everything to reach untill Jan 15. i again raised the support to have native Cache ...

I decided to give ploi.io a try, even though I felt they might not be a good fit based on my research. There are so many similar providers out there, and I have tried a bunch. Great when it works, terrible support

The system is great when it works, but if something goes wrong then support are really slow to respond often taking hours or even days. Then they usually reply without having looked at your situation properly, with suggestions that basically imply it's not their fault/problem. Even when you push for a resolution they rarely bother to resolve the issue so you normally have to delete everything and start again... that's assuming the server delete works, and the adding a new server works - ...

Awesome when it works

Awesome when it works, but worst support of any company I have ever experienced. Each answer to the same ticket with the same problem took more than an hour. Now that without offering any solutions and seemingly not even looking into it and giving cookie cutter basic answers to complex questions As I can see they have responded to my negative review, while my ticket is still not answered after 2 hours and counting. Laughable.
