Not only a product, but also a very warm community

The large feature set is amazing. They even have a mobile app now which lets you receive notifications. There's a Discord server where you can get amazing support. In my opinion ploi is not only a product, but also a very warm community where everyone is welcome. Keep up the good work! You are doing a great job.

Using Ploi for the last 6-7 months and really like it! New features can be requested via the roadmap and they are deploying those really fast. Also security related features have high priority.

Ploi.io since November 2020!

We have been using ploi.io since November 2020 and it has been the best Server management software for our business and clients. Theres no need to invest in expensive software like CPanel or Plesk. Ploi.io is clearly the winner in all of our business cases. We host over 150 websites with ploi.io and have never had an issue with speed or outages. The Support team are brilliant and they are always bringing new and exciting features to ploi.io.

Great system, support can improve

Great system, efficient and saving lots of time, love it most of the time. Sad attitude when it comes to support. We have been using Ploi for a few years now without many major issues. We found 2 obvious bugs in the past 2 days, one of them crashed the whole server twice because the "alias" feature blindly messes with the whole nginx configuration. When I wrote to support using the dedicated support feature in my account, with detailed explanation of what went wrong, their reply was "As ...

Very good stuff but not business grade

Ploi is among the best control panels, they have many features , server types, etc. The "Insights" feature is very innovative! However I wouldn't recommend for business or mission-critic use cases, due to the bugs and the very low quality of support (1-2 days response time on tickets, and mostly they just reply some ideas instead of checking the problem in depth. It happened 2 times that I knew more about their product, than they knew)
