Awesome platform and great support

The platform is stable and provides many great features but it is the support that takes it to the next level. The founder listens to suggestions and implement feature requests.

Excellent experience using ploi

Very good product, we are running all our projects on ploi and are really satified with how it's going.

Very good stuff but not business grade

Ploi is among the best control panels, they have many features , server types, etc. The "Insights" feature is very innovative! However I wouldn't recommend for business or mission-critic use cases, due to the bugs and the very low quality of support (1-2 days response time on tickets, and mostly they just reply some ideas instead of checking the problem in depth. It happened 2 times that I knew more about their product, than they knew)

Simple, solid, reliable

Other cloudhost management solutions are out there, but Ploi is a "no-fluff", "no-crud" type of solutions that "just works". Their service is proving to be reliable and I love that they focus on what's necessary in regards to hosting environments and configuration. I don't need every bell and whistle—I just need my sites to run smoothly with little fuss in their deployment, configurations, and ongoing management. As a Laravel developer I don't think there is any other solution on the market at the moment that gives you such comprehensive features and options.

Customer Support is horrible

Customer Support is horrible I opened tickets no one is replying, they just rudely close them without any reason. Tired of this platform, the only place they reply is here. I just want to move on but looks like they control everything, I am afraid my site to go down or be deleted by them. Help me, guys! Edit: The tool itself is okey, just hard to use for beginner and the support is not always on time. But after couple of learning the tool, it does the job!

Without a doubt the BEST customer service I have ever experienced! The core product is beyond compare. The team have clearly spent a lot of time considering their own experiences and - most importantly - listening to their customers' feedback to continually make real and helpful changes. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Easily the best server management solution out there...

Easily the best server management solution out there. As a front-end dev, Ploi has saved me thousands of £'s on devops related tasks. Perfect for those looking for a quick, intuitive way of managing their servers at a super affordable price with an extensive set of features. Plus, the support from Dennis is incredible - quick responses to queries, hands on with any issues and really accommodating for new features etc. Can't recommend enough.

Ploi is simply one of the best options out there

I’ve been using Ploi consistently for about 6 months at this point, and it I can safely say it is a great tool. It’s allowed me to fully automate parts of my business process, which has taken great strain off of my development team. While it’s definitely aimed at more standard use cases, like Wordpress, laravel etc etc it handles edge cases really well.
