Works and great support when needed

Robust API, always improving, just works
No issues to speak of, really appreciate the support, I was working with the Java SDK and found an issue, and they fixed it fast, followed up on multiple occasions to ensure I had everything I needed and the API was working to my satisfaction. Their Dial XML and ease of endpoint registration definitely set them apart from the other guys.

Fast and reliable
What do you like best? The API for the SMS message is easy to use and the delivery is fast and reliable. The report is good enough for us to summarize the usage. What do you dislike? The payment only accepts credit card. Consider adding Paypal as other payment option. Payment has minimum amount to be added to account. Plivo straight stole $25 from me.
They said they would process a refund. 18 days go by, I contact them to see why it has taken longer than the 7-15 days that were quoted. Here I am 26 days out. No credit on my Plivo account, no refund on my Credit card.Plivo straight stole $25 from me. All the while I'm more than happy to be using Twilio at more expensive rates.

Cheapest price for MVP product.
What do you like best? Obviously the Price and SDKs make it very easy to use. What do you dislike? Lack some features other companies have outside of the basic features and the documentation can sometimes make you work for it. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Mass texting to users and teams.
