Plivo, the voice platform that could do better but chooses to do worse

What do you like best? clean(ish web interface , easy to find your way in it - competition has sometime nightmarish web UIs price for sms and for dids seems lower than competition (but this benefit is out-weight by the fact that you have to pay for second call leg ; and the information that you have to pay for that is pretty well hidden in the website. Twilio is any day better when you have volume

What do you like best? At low volume, they might be more attentive to you when compared to twilio. US,canada pricing is low. What do you dislike? Everything else. When you are not a customer, your sales queries will get resolved really fast, but when you become a customer, you will not get reply. Plivo, the functionality we need for an open source and very cheap.

What do you like best? The cheaper pricing, detailed logging and the fact a lot of big-name companies use them like WhatsApp. What do you dislike? The console is okay but in terms of functionality and UI design it's a little bit lacking compared to other consoles I've used before. Plivo has been a good service for our company based on price point.

What do you like best? The price of Plivo has been the best part of the service. We feel like Plivo is unmatched in price with our subscription as well as purchasing new phone numbers. What do you dislike? The reliability has been extremely spotty. We have several clients that have nearly dropped us because their messages have not been sent, or they have not received messages from their customers. Plivo: The robust communications service

What do you like best? The support team is really fascinating, they ace when it comes to handling customer requirements. What do you dislike? The pricing can be a bit more competitive, but that's me nitpicking. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Plivo provides us with a hassle free SMS messaging service. It really helped our solution to open SMS communications for oue clients.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE...

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE...WE have been developing our application and paying our numbers for years without using them. We needed inbound and outbound services. When the time came to launch our product, we were experiencing issues with inbound services, alphanumeric iD and outbound messages, nothing was working. They support team was useless and kept telling us that they don't guarantee inbound messages and they will check with their carriers. Very very bad experience...I am switching....

Plivo helped used to develop Voice biometric attendance system . its was smooth integration and able to deploy in few days. it also helped us to use it from any palace without any Internet connection. we can able to solve lot of problem in Human resources department over the nice What do you dislike?
