What do you like best? The management console is straightforward, and the documentation is helpful. Pricing is also very reasonable. What do you dislike? Cost effective, robust API, responsive support team

What do you like best? The developer/API console is very robust and refined. The logs are helpful for researching problems. You can find a complete history of what messages were sent/received, and see basically all meta data for each text message, which is very helpful for fixing bugs when using their API. What do you like best? This is an awesome platform that gives you the ability to reach out to people in countries such as India, Vietnam, Zimbabwe, France and others just through a single SMS message. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I contacted various SMS service providers and got their free/trial account to test out the services and features they provide. Plivo had a very different service and features and stood exceptionally ahead of all other services. Great support and log tracking

What do you like best? Love the responsiveness of the Plivo support team. The logging is quite comprehensive, as long as you catch it within the past 30 days, so you can troubleshoot on your own. Finally, the base service (SMS and automated calls) is fantastically reliable. What do you dislike? Terrible service

Terrible service. I was on trial and was not initially keen on using Plivo but when I did think of upgrade; I just got a one liner "Our systems have flagged your account, due to which we are unable to provide you access to our services."That is it. What do you like best? Reliable and easy to use API. Easy to integrate and highly scalable. It does not require any expertise to implement the API in web and mobile application because we just need to add the refrences and methods in our program. What do you like best? Its an easy to use and robust API. Integration of Plivo API is so smooth in web and mobile applications. We can send links in the SMS text. Plivo works. It's not the best service on the market, comparing to the competition. But might be acceptable for you.But there is a more important issue: this company is completely untrustworthy.
