What do you like best? Support is great. System is pretty stable for the last 1-2 years What do you dislike? Feature set is limited. We feel that Plivo is behind compare to Twilio and Voximplant. Extremely helpful & friendly

What do you like best? Plivo reps are very helpful and are great at following up! For instance, when we had a number port out without being notified, they did tons of research and found out what day and time, so we were able to go back to the client with the information. The client was happy and so were we! What do you dislike? I don't like that if we don't respond we get another email letting us know. If we don't respond it is because the problem has been resolved. Best Virtual Phone Service & API for Startups, B2Cs & B2Bs

What do you like best? I love the PHLO Visual Routing & Automation Dashboard. It's straight forward and works flawlessly. I could easily have all my incoming voice calls and outgoing sms re-routed to my current mobile line, instead of buying a second sim-card, even though some Android-based phones have 2 sim card slots, most smartphone don't always come with this feature. Good support and comprehensive documentation.

What do you like best? Very powerful internal console system. Good and responsive technical support. Quite a lot of programming languages supporting the integration. Approval process is simple and clear how to complete. What do you dislike? A little bit high price for countries outside US. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Integrate SMS gateway.

easy api, cheap sms pricing, just works

What do you like best? Was very easy to work with the api. The sms pricing is still from the cheapest in the industry. (the cheapest for toll free sms). Any issue we got answers fast thru the online support tickets. What do you dislike? That to enable SMS for toll free number you need to open a ticket and wait. (Thanksgiving weekend it took 3 days to get it enabled). What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Mass SMS notifications for schools.

What do you like best? Great prices, features and technical support team. What do you dislike? There is nothing that we dislike at the present time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We used Plivo to programmatically send and receive text messages to allow users to interact with our "Security Expert" Building access control and security system.

What do you like best? Plivo API is enriched with inbuilt methods using these we are easily able to implement the text and voice call feature in our applications.
