Fantastic customer service. The difference between a good messaging partner and a bad one.
What do you like best? Their feature set is amazing. Constantly adding new functionality (such as PHLO) and voice recognition. We plan to use most of it - which tells me they have a good pulse on the customer base. What do you dislike? It's a stretch to even come up with this. Plivo just works. What do you like best? Plivo services are reliable and easy to use. The support is responsive. What do you dislike? The web portal of Plivo is not always easy to use to find back the needed information. Unfortunately Plivo does not provide short code SMS in Europe/France. SMS solution for our product Outcome Tracker
What do you like best? We use Plivo to allow our customers to send SMS to their customers. The Plivo dashboard let's us easily support the SMS being sent by our customers. What do you dislike? There are some limitations as to how many SMS can be sent from a single account per second. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our Outcome Tracker customers are able to send SMS to their contacts.

A Highly Functional Service At A Great Value
What do you like best? Plivo beats competitors on price, which is its main draw, but I’ve also found their customer service to be solid, knowledgeable and informative when needed (like figuring out the reasons behind text messages being accidentally blacklisted by carriers). What do you dislike? Their web interface. It’s not mobile friendly and takes a bit of time to learn how to navigate to find what you want. Excellent Service and Product for SMS
What do you like best? The tech and APIs are really easy to use. We get to use a single service to get access to SMS worldwide. For a SaaS company like Simplotel that has customers world wide, Plivo makes it really easy. They also keep us updated of the changing regulatory environment. What do you dislike? Capable SMS API Platform
What do you like best? Plivo was really easy for us to implement, the ongoing support is there when required. What do you dislike? It is a shame that the SMS numbers are considered VoIP so cannot receive verification codes etc What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We send out text messages in bulk daily, and Plivo allows us to do this with ease by connecting to our back end systems.

Plivo is very easy to setup
What do you like best? It’s super easy to pick a number and set it up. Very simple and quick What do you dislike? When searching for a number it is only the first numbers you can search for it would be much better searching for the last 4 digits (Ie to spell something with the number or finding an easy number like ending in 1111 or whatever) What problems are you solving with the product? Great, reliable service
What do you like best? Easy to use admin panel. And super fast and friendly support. We also love the pay on-demand pricing, as not all months are the same. What do you dislike? It would be nice to automate some of the forms you have to complete for specific countries. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? International SMS coverage without having to think about all the micro-manage details.

Awesome SMS tool!
What do you like best? Love pretty much everything - it's easier and simpler (IMO) to navigate than Twilio, better pricing, and good support! What do you dislike?
