Good service and good help desk
What do you like best? Easy setup. Clear UI. I had issues sending SMS to some countries and the help desk helped me to sort it out. What do you dislike? Some SMS fails to be delivered but is not clear why. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I send validation code to customers. I receive a feedback callback that update the status of the SMS delivery.

One of the best integrated solutions
What do you like best? Easy integrations, fast and friendly support What do you dislike? Account deactivations and too many stop words. Recommendations to others considering the product: This platform doesn't need coding to get it up and running, What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it as an SMS channel for our AI appointment assistant.

Plivo is an Excellent Value: competitive pricing, reliable service, and great support!
What do you like best? Plivo's SMS has been very reliable from the start. The support when we first setup the account, and ongoing support has been excellent. The best thing we like about the company is that it's pricing is also competitive compared to some of their competitors like Twillio. While they dont offer as many services, we still find that their pay as you go option has worked for us. Some services require monthly minimums, plivo does not. Perfect text messaging automation service
What do you like best? We used Twilio for a few years to send transactional SMS to our clients. With the company growth we found that we are starting to pay too much for SMS services. We found Plivo which completelly replaced Twilio at a much lower price. The switch was very simple with only few lines of code to change. ZenTrunk has been awesome for us.
What do you like best? Voice quality has been great; no complaints there. We switched partly in an effort to save money and were concerned about losing voice quality in the process, but I'm happy to report that in this case, saving money hasn't cost us quality. I also am impressed with the way that if my PBX rejects inbound calls from one Plivo server, another one tries me from another geolocation, etc, rather than failing the call. Over 3 years with Plivo
What do you like best? I like their API, documentation, availability, and support. Their documentation and api allow you to get very granular and accomplish what is possible. I have used it to automate call recording and transcript taking for a telephone service bureau that has now been running for ~ 2 years. What do you like best? What we love? That the product is in constant evolution, as our product. Many of our providers of Numbers, SMS, Voice created amazing products and then continued selling the product without real evolution.
