Been using them for almost 4 years now. My fist choice always from a hobby project to a customer use case.

peccato solo sia limitato a numeri US per invio SMS di conferma. lo uso per gestire le prenotazioni di consulenza nel mio sito. Davvero semplice da impostare!Bel lavoro, anche economico devo dire bravi!!

Like the service

Like the service. I use them to forward SMS and also for various other SMS projects from time to time. Support is very responsive.

Very reliable service

Very reliable service. I use a couple of other providers also, and find Plivo is the most reliable amongst all for our companies SMS communication.

Very happy with Plivo

Plivo has been my go to API for sending SMS notifications to my customers. They have great documentation and the Flow builder is good too. I wish they added 3rd party apps within that and ability to schedule sending SMS.

ZenTrunk is great!

We have used multiple SIP trunk carriers for our PBX in the past but none of them get close to the simplicity of ZenTrunk. It just feels like a software first product. We will soon try and use ZenTrunk for our other systems once we are back in office.

Good platform, can be better

Plivo has been improving since we signed up a long time ago. The new console was a bit confusing at the start, but we have now gotten used to it. We are happy with the platform but the sales team is pretty pushy.There are places where Plivo can improve like documentation, additional features on the console and a leave us alone sales team.I would have given a 4 stars for this review, but giving 5 to balance all the nasty reviews which seem very non-genuine.

Very Reliable API Platform

I first used Plivo in my previous role where we built a notification engine for our internal alerts like Pagerduty. Now we also use them in my current company and my experience at both the places has been good. Earlier, we had downtimes with them but this has changed considerably over the last 2 years. I would recommend them as very reliable platform that has not disappointed our team and our company.

Difficult to locate call recordings quickly (cannot search by telephone number) Recommendations to others considering the product: Go ahead, consider that cloud based software is not always as reliable as fixed landlijnes, however you are offered flexibility What problems are you solving with the product?
