What do you like best about Planview IdeaPlace? Spigit's support team is phenomenal. They are so quick to get back to you with a response whether solved or not and are great to work with you to solve your issues. Also, the team as a whole is great. Andreanna Romano has regular check ins to make sure that we are still progressing, any new tips, and also helps if we are having any issues.

What do you like best about Planview IdeaPlace? Spigit has a good way of tapping in to your work force and pulling ideas out that may not normally be brought to the light. They have a quick and easy way to setup "Challenges" within your organization to help capture these ideas.

While there are some aspects that are customizable, the standard Spigit approach works really well. I love the ability to pull reports and get a clear picture of how to create an amazing experience for our end users.
