"It works for the most part, Ops can be messy sometime"

What do you like best about PlanSource? The system is reliable, haven't seen anyone fall out in any enrollment so far. What do you dislike about PlanSource?

PlanSource benefit platform

PROS: PlanSource benefit management software is a very useful program. It's very user-friendly, has a simple set-up and the customer support staff were nice to work with. CONS: None. It's an incredible tool. People should consider using PlanSource.

Easy to use cloud-based program

PROS: Instant consultation with PlanSource customer support staff anytime you need a quick answer. They will also guide you through the procedure. CONS: I hate the search function, you need to be very precise when searching. It must contain other words and we do not always remember them exactly. Also, I turned off the new beta option as I don't even see the effective date and what I'm approving in qualifying events. Some staff wants to take this opportunity to cancel the voluntary benefits ...

Best for Compensation selection

PROS: I appreciate seeing the last year's selections. It makes it a lot easier to select to retain the same incentives or switch to a new package. I like that it displays the cumulative deduction for every pay cycle when you pick the benefits. CONS: Choosing benefits can be somewhat confusing. It would be nice if there are more guided instructions.

Excellent User experience

PROS: PlanSource is keeping us updated on the status weekly. They have also helped us a ton and did some work to assist us to operate on the back end. CONS: I have not yet found something that I'd say I hate. I suppose if you're multi-state and have several different subsets, it may be a little confusing with different models, but that is to be considered normal.

Yearly Enrollment Assistance

PROS: Their yearly customer service team was incredibly supportive during the year's really busy time. They are so diligent and responsive to all questions from our clients as we moved through the setup, training and yearly staff enrollment process. This had made a significant difference for our consumers.
