What do you like best about PlanSource? Plansource tells you exactly how much you're contributing per paycheck. At other companies I've worked at, W9s, benefits, payroll breakdowns all sat on different platforms. It was a pain in the butt. Now that we're using Plansource I can login and see ALL my contributions, deductions, and even Health ID cards! It's saved me in a pinch.

Best platform
PROS: The biggest advantage of using PlanSource is the accessibility for our staff - from entry to the contact point. I actually realize that our reps are straightforwardly getting the correct data. The most important factor when choosing an advantage process was the rep experience.
