Easy to use event planning software

What do you like best? I've been a fan of how easy this has been to use for our entire team and our clients. This has been incredibly easy for our clients to make payments online (versus using checks or clunky payment processors), and we were able to integrate both entities housed under the same roof in this system. What do you like best? That I can create events by name and date. I can add pictures to each event and assign vendors and users to each event. It also allows me to assign different levels to each user. So if I want to assign an event to a client, they will only have access to their event and none other. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love that planning pod is a one stop shop for invoicing, contracts, scheduling, etc. We used it when I worked as a wedding coordinator. What do you dislike? It’s difficult to get contracts to say exactly what we need them to. You have to work within Planning Pod’s templates.
