What do you like best? Ease of takeoff functionality. It highlights and tracks materials very well. What do you dislike? Document control between VDC team and Field team

What do you like best? I really liked the auto naming tool. Saved a lot of time when uploading files and revising files. I also liked how it kept up with all the revisions. In the construction field there is a lot of changes that we have to manage and this tool helps a lot. What do you dislike? The auto naming tool!! haha. Plangrid is better than bluebeam

What do you like best? Easy to use, fast PDF response and loading, intuitive UI. Fast project start-up. What do you dislike? I wish it had a more robust mark-up set like Bluebeam. I would liek to be able to track mark-ups accross PDFs to ensure QC set comment have been accepted. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Portable estick set, quick access mobility.

Need a local non cloud based PDF generator

What do you like best? Plangrid simplicity is great and I like the markup tools that are implemented. Well positioned for a Bluebeam substitute if a local pdf generator and markup tool are implemented. What do you dislike? Local collaboration in the office prior to needing cloud based features to be required. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Local PDF markup capabilities prior to needing to be in the cloud would be beneficial.

What do you like best? the ease of set up and getting field staff started and using it. What do you dislike? the permissions can be too much or to little for what some roles need. The stamps being limited to shape and number of characters What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Plangrid is great for reading drawings on an ipad and real time updating. What do you dislike? I dislike using plangrid for RFIs. You can only have one person that can answer the RFI and multiple reviewers, which I strongly dislike. Also, sometimes the RFI's distribution does not attach a pdf copy of the RFI and has a hard time attaching jpeg pictures. Great tool for mobile plan viewing and issue tracking

What do you like best? Ability to add issues and assign to individual trades and track to completion. What do you dislike? Wish there was a way to automatically tag the location of the issue. Also dislike the conversion from vector to raster that looses some detail. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Better identification of field issues and quicker resolution. Also eliminating people from using old versions of drawings.

Huge fan of the software

What do you like best? It's very well designed from both a software standpoint and a user-friendly interface. The features and changes that are always being implemented are always improving it as well. What do you dislike? Not much, honestly. It lives up to every promise it can. Software has to promise the moon to be sold, and PlanGrid gets you out into orbit while most platforms fail to leave the ground. Changing the Dynamic at the front of the field

What do you like best? Plangrid is an intuitive way to get Construction information ranging from plans, documents, and specifications into the hands of front line field personnel with little to no training.
