"Overall positive experience"

What do you like best about Planful? It's plug ins for excel, word, powerpoint are very powerful and easy to use. What do you dislike about Planful? Some of the functionality is limited such as a limited number of book codes or fields. What problems is Planful solving and how is that benefiting you? Planful has been a game changer automating a variety of reports and shortening our reporting time since we can create our financial packages with the push of a button.

What do you like best about Planful? I love the charts, and just how easy it is to drag and drop different dimensions and fields. I use another software to create waterfall and donut charts, for instance, that didn't even come with those, and with Planful, it's sooo easy! What do you dislike about Planful? "Planful has saved my team so much time!"

What do you like best about Planful? The automation of data. Our close process has sped up immensely thanks to planful. We also have scrapped our tedious tieouts. What do you dislike about Planful? Sometimes refreshes give us issues. We face crashes from time to time. What problems is Planful solving and how is that benefiting you? Planful is working on lengthy refresh times. This will allow our process to move even faster.

"Multiple Features and Easy to Use"

What do you like best about Planful? It is easy to use and navigate. We had training through MVP on use of the platform and that was helpful. What do you dislike about Planful? There are lots of uses for planful and I only use a small section of it. What problems is Planful solving and how is that benefiting you? It works great to view the P&L and also view the doctors production.

What do you like best about Planful? I appreciate that Planful can be set up to automatically send you reports as they become available. This takes away the constant checking to see when reports have been published. I also appreciate that it is very organized, so I can clearly review reports individually or grouped. What do you dislike about Planful? It would be helpful to have an option (unless it exists and I'm unaware) that allows you to check which reports you want to merge into one ...

"Very flexible and powerful tool."

What do you like best about Planful? Ease of reporting and ability to build multiple reports very easily. I also like the layout of the main menu. It has the high-level item I use a lot and is very minimalist at the same time. What do you dislike about Planful? I don't like how difficult it is to reset a user's password. What do you like best about Planful? Very easy to create custom reports that help to view exactly what you need. What do you dislike about Planful? The headcount module can be a little more customizable to fit the capitalization (negative entries) of FTEs What problems is Planful solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Planful? Set it up right and it just works. And controlled by Finance not IT! What do you dislike about Planful? Not quite plug and play and requires some Systems thinking within Finance to set it up right. What do you like best about Planful? It is very helpful to monitor all financials: Volumes, OPEX, margin. Also I was appreciated Headcount planning process: very useful. What do you dislike about Planful? I don't like the uploaded process: I think it could be more simple and transparent for users. What problems is Planful solving and how is that benefiting you? It solves the problems with analysis on management account level: it helps resolves many issues and saves a lot of time

You have the ability to customize the information you need and how it is presented so you can build the report any way you like! You can also do the same when creating a budget.
