Planday doesn't work - don't use it.

Started working for a company who uses Planday and not even one day in, it doesn't work. Having logged in, my planday page reports an error over and over again. Later on, trying to log in again, the password doesn't even work this time. After multiple attempts, I ask for a new password, which planday informs me will be send to my mail immediately, but I don't receive any mail from them. Excellent tool for managing team schedules

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Planday is every employer and the employee’s best friend. For the former, we’ve been able to efficiently distribute our team so they can work at full capacity. For the latter, they can easily access their schedules and plan their week/month ahead. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I manage a sports team and we have more than a hundred coaches whom we have hired by the hour. Planday was able to help manage their schedules and deliver accurate payout. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Improved and organized our schedules

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It improved our schedule management. It also helped in boosting communication among the group as it collates evidence and electronic signature. Brilliant product with an excellent support system.

What do you like best? There are several positives from easy set up, even with our complex business in aviation, to Planday central support team. The thing we like best is how much the platform has allowed us to plan efficiently with teams in different areas of the business which has also reduced our manual processes by 75%. What do you like best? sparar tid. underlättar komunikation. för det mesta lätthanterlingt. What do you dislike? att rubrik och anteckning för dagen inte är syndlig för alla. Översikt på personalnivå för stälpeltider kontra schemalagda tider är svårt att komma åt och görs från olika filkar i planday. Easy and accessible

What do you like best? It is easy to work with and well organized. What do you dislike? Doing the roster. It is kind of complicated assigning several shifts to one person. Especially if they are different shifts. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It gives you a clear idea of your staff costs up against your revenue. Easy to see who is working. It lets you know if you double rostered someone.
