Planday er blevet langsom og ofte ubrugelig på iphone. Dårlig kundeservice efter den er blevet solgt. Synd for et ellers godt system.

Vi har været kunde hos Planday i mange år.Systemet er blevet langsomt og ustabilt og dette har viinformeret Planday om mange gange. Men der er ikke blevet taget hånd om det. Vi er ikke tilfreds mere desværre !

Nice and easy-to-use tool for employees

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like the ease of learning about my schedule for the day as well as the stuff that needs to be done. What aspects are problematic or could work better? So far, I don’t see any disadvantages of using this platform. What specific problems in your company were solved by this product? I am able to easily find out the tasks I have to do in and out for a day. Are you a current user of this product? Yes

A no-nonsense schedule planner and tracker

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? This is a convenient tool for creating and tracking work schedules for every employee. I like that it allows me to access my team’s schedule at any time too. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I still need to figure out how to enroll multiple signatories to enter into a more long-term contract with Planday. What specific problems in your company were solved by this product? Scheduling issues are a thing of the past ...

Another superfluous app...

The webinterface is horrible, not even responsive. Does not allow the user to change their own password. UX is really questionable.Mobile app looks basic, but decent. Functionality is very limited. Asks for permission to access pictures & data on phone, when it should just show me my payslip? And somehow that does not even work. Needs a lot of improvement in this state. Often mixes up the calendar and displays weekdays from monday to monday aligned with shift plan from sunday to sunday.

I hope that it will allow multiple signatures in digital contracts as it can be hard to update it every time. What specific problems in your company were solved by this product? We were able to solve conflicts in schedule efficiently. Are you a current user of this product? No

Easy and amazing app

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I can easily see and track my schedule - when I will be working and for how long. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Honestly, Planday is lovely! I don't have anything to dislike about it. What specific problems in your company were solved by this product? I am now more productive as I know the details of my schedule every day. Are you a current user of this product? Yes

App til Android crasher alt for ofte og er umådelig langsom 👎 Tilmed mangler der et simpelt søgesystem, så man kan finde ældre beskeder uden at skulle bruge en halv dag på at scrolle igennem dem.

Nu må det simpelthen være nok!Jeg har modtaget -jeg ved ikke hvor mange- fakturaer og reminders fra jer, selvom vi har en aftale om pause i abonnementet.Jeg har allerede, i flere omgange talt med jer OG sendt mail hvor jeg beder jer om at stoppe, i svarer ja, selvfølgelig - men så bliver i ved!Det stopper her. Jeg kræver mine penge tilbage og at i holder op med at spamme min mail med rykker som jeg ikke skal have!Jeg ønsker ikke at bruge mere tid på dette nu. SLUT!
