Powerful planning tool

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I find the overall setup of Planday very user-friendly. We were able to easily plan our schedule for the week and even take into consideration the extra time we have. What aspects are problematic or could work better? At times, Planday doesn't load on our mobile devices so we have to log in using our PC to check our schedule. A must-have technology for your company

Quick answer when you want subscribe and no answer for set up the service. When you want stop no feedback but keep sending invoices. Bad faith of customer service. Run away....

Saved us a lot of time

Organized and easy to follow schedules

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We were able to easily track time and attendance. Planday keeps track of our employees' working hours, making them love the app as it easily shows them their shift and it gives them the ability to make themselves unavailable or swap shifts. Did work, now fails constantly.

Worked reasonably well when first rolled-out. Immediately after we bought into the application the company was bought. Now things that did work don't. Constant problems with reporting. An absolutely useless helpdesk with up to 8 hours (during normal UK working time) for anyone to even read the message, let alone respond. It genuinely feels like the technical team don't know what they are doing. I wish my company had bought almost anything else.
