Such a Positive experience when speaking with the Support Team
I work remotely in California for a medical office in Oregon and every so often my IP address changes and when that happens, I'm unable to get onto Planday, even with troubleshooting on my end for the punch clock. Every so often when this happens, I have to reach out to Support. I get an almost immediate email back that someone will contact me within 48 hrs.
