Sorry customer service
I had difficulty paying for the site but once I got a payment to take I was able to navigate with no issues. After about 20 mins I was asked to log back in and when I tried I kept getting a message saying my captcha was invalid. I sent an email and I did get a response but it was just like the other 1 star reviews. No explanation just that they are using their discretion and will not be reinstating my account. I have been using Placeit for nearly 2 months and really like it a lot. It is simple to use and one can be very creative with a little imagination. It is by no means an expensive platform to use and there is plenty of scope to create good advertising.

You can do better
I have been using placeit for 2 yrs. Good concept. Needs to be updated. Example. There is no flags for all of the countries. The designs aren't screen print ready so I had to pay someone to do it in order to have high quality apparel.

I love this site
I love this site. Made it a lot faster to edit and go. The options provided are excellent. Eveything is simple to understand. They know what they have to add and fix. This website is coming along very well.

Good idea but poor selections of mockups, i suscribed because of poster mockups, only a 3 suitable but old fashioned, not good design. Fonts old fashioned. Basically everything they offer is available free on internet.Not going to pay next month.
