Terrible experience. My wife wanted coffee mugs with our sons' pictures on them for Christmas, so I went to the Zazzle site she told me to go to and looked for mugs. I was redirected to Placeit, but I thought Placeit was part of Zazzle because I found the mugs, and uploaded the pictures onto the mugs. Placeit charged me for the "download," and that is when I learned that I was not buying mugs, but rather pictures of mugs. Pictures! I immediately emailed Placeit customer service for a ...

BE AWARE of Yearly Subscription renewal date
BE AWARE: you aren't emailed an upcoming renewal notice for the yearly subscription. Other services I use do this so you can decide if you want to renew, which is what I was expecting. They cover themselves in their terms which state that cancellations need to be done at least one day before the renewal. I didn't want to renew but missed that deadline by one day, and only knew it had been renewed when my credit card sent me a transaction notification. This is not good customer service, and ...

Pathetic product

Their customer service is the worse
Their customer service is the worse. And they will hold your money. Many times when you upload your print it will not show on the shirt. Even issues happen on their end they will never give back your money!!!! So shocked to see a company like this having such bad customer support.
