Excellent, easy to use servcie.
This was a great service to use for my T-shirt business. The models are realistic and attractive. there are many to chose from and the backgrounds and poses are dynamic. The service is so easy to learn and use. There are many more options that the website offers that I plan to use in the future. Customer service was very responsive to a billing issue I had also.

LAIRS, DECEIVER, Full with dishonest indo-Australian thieves will take your money and that’s it. No support, no creative ideas, nothing. Absolutely garbage. Cancelled my subscription but still charged me for the 2nd year! How creepy thieves they are! NEVER EVER CONSIDER THIS UNSCRUPULOUS PLATFORM EVER FOR ANY OF YOUR WORKS TO AVOID REGRESSION.

Easy to navigate, many options.
The site was easy to navigate through and use. There are also seemingly endless options to utilize I use it to create fun end of the year video for my students and they love the graphics! Thank you, so much!

No brand loyalty from me
Emailed to ask for refund because I have been gravely ill in hospital these last few months and therefore could not cancel yearly subscription and they did not even reply.

Unauthorized Charges
I’ve never used this company Placeit, but was invoiced 5 months $14.95 unauthorized charges. My credit card was canceled due fraud. Placeit tried invoicing me $14.95 and was declined that’s when I called inquired about invoice & business. I’m currently disputing charges with my bank.

I opened an account and paid for a monthly subscription. Within a few hours my account was locked and I was refunded. They closed my account and told me they could not provide a reason why and I could not speak to anyone about it. I was totally shocked, I didn't do anything wrong. They will not provide a reason and said the decision is final. I have no clue what happened. What disgraceful behaviour.
