Impressive customer response & service
I enjoyed using PlaceIt for my designs. However, I was quite shocked to learn that the annual subscription fee was debited from my account which I was not made aware of. I had not planned to renew my annual subscription. I sent a email explaining my sitiation.I was relieved to find out that PlaceIt resolved my ticket within minutes. I am very impressed with their quick response and great customer service.

Excellent site and highly recommended for anyone looking to get into printing on demand. The template maker allows you to quickly and easily design with both free and paid graphics in seconds. The site is user friendly making it super easy for even basic computer users.

Fast and professional customer support
I had a yearly subscription to Placeit and because of different personal circumstances I haven't used their services in a while and I totally forgot to cancel my subscription. As the time for renewal came, the money was withdrawn from my account. I contacted support and explained my situation and I got a refund in a matter of minutes. How awesome and professional is that?!
