What do you like best about Pivotal CRM? Everything runs pretty smoothly on this program, not as clunky as some comparable products. What do you dislike about Pivotal CRM? Like any CRM really, it takes time to get used to. Recommendations to others considering Pivotal CRM: It's great, I'd say comparable to Salesforce. I don't know how customizable it is, though.
