The solution that built sales capacity & effectiveness
What do you like best? The interconnectivity between the different areas of the software - deals, to-dos, people, agenda, etc. It makes it much easier to work with the solution while enabling each sales person to accomplish more in the same time. WOnderful First Time Experience
What do you like best? Online chat for questions really helps me when I'm not too sure what to do or i forgot how to do a certain task. I think everybody should really use this. I have been using SF since so many years but found Pipeline Deals more friendly users!
What do you like best? I liked the most audit trail part i.e., while communicating with clients, I always keep pipeline mail box in bcc..in order to have trail of all my emails stored for anyone to refer. This feature I liked the most. Also system is not asking about too much information from the users. It's not cumbersome to fill all the required information in the system. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I have really enjoyed the simplicity of this system with the versatile ability to meet my needs of a contact manager. What do you like best? The assign tasks bar. I am able to organize strategic times to reach out to customers. I also find it helpful with recording specific times. Pipeline lets you easily add a contact and a deal seamless and easy. I am able to record both times and dates for call backs as well as what it is I am following up with. What do you dislike? Pipeline is an easy system to use especially for people who are not technically savvy.
What do you like best? I like the functionality of Pipeline. I am able to change multiple accounts at one time which makes it quick and easy to utilize. What do you dislike? I dislike how when you are entering information and you don't quite have the spelling correct the system doesn't find the account. What do you like best? Its the most affordable way to get eyes on your projections What do you dislike? the app struggles to make stage review easy What problems are you solving with the product? Solid product; much better than Salesforce
What do you like best? Pipeline is intuitive. Other CRMs (aka Salesforce have convoluted rules for where you can add or access contacts or deals. With Pipeline, you can get anywhere from any screen. No more having to go to an account, then an opportunity, then a contact to enter a note. All of the data is available from any screen. What do you dislike? When I'm clearing my daily tasks, I can mark a task complete but I don't have the option to create a follow up task from that screen. I ...
