What do you like best? I love how it feels like it is organized like Excel. If you have experience with excel, PLD will be a breeze. They also have USA based support staff. What do you dislike? Useful customer management software.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love the ability to make calendar invites directly in Outlook and the invites are automatically saved in Pipeline and vice versa. I can keep my customers engaged thanks to the customer relationship management. Also, I can easily find every information I need in the Pipeline page within customers group. What do you like best? Been using PipelineDeals for over a year now, and love how easy it is to filter our company data. Updating and making changes is easy, and presents everything I need to know at a glance. Customization is great, updates to the system from the Pipeline team is fast. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? This software helps me to keep track of all the deals by assigning documents, email, threads and contact information of the client. On the other side, keeps track of my team’s progress and company’s income. Excellent CRM I actually enjoy using

What do you like best? The usability is very well thought out. PipelineDeals does all of the little things great which add up to great user experiences. I call it intelligent design. In addition, the feature set is rich. I have tried other CRMs and eventually hated going into them. Not with PipelineDeals. You get your work done faster without screaming at the system.
