What do you like best? Pipeline was extremely simple and user friendly. Frankly we did not need the more elaborate capabilities of SalesForce (nor we did we want the expense). We wanted something that would serve as a means to capture and track deals, and also serve as a contacts database. What do you like best? Best software with management tools for business relations, very intuitive gui. If you want to write, plug it into your own programs, which is incredibly powerful API.
