What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? Sales professional can do Consistent follow-up and start with creating contact, lead until the deal get closure. We can also save a notes MOM. What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? Reasonably affordable and very easy to setup and use. Implemented quickly with very little assistance. Very intuitive to use. Custom fields work great and by far the best part of the product is the relationship between company, deal, and people records--far better than almost every other CRM I looked at. What do you like best about Pipeline CRM? The ease of use, negotiating between leads and deals, tracking assignments, data and progress. What do you dislike about Pipeline CRM? Wish it tied to other outside email products. What problems is Pipeline CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping track of expected revenue for multiple events running simultaneously. It works as a great self-motivation tool to keep abreast of many leads at the same time in any direction.
