WOnderful First Time Experience

What do you like best? Online chat for questions really helps me when I'm not too sure what to do or i forgot how to do a certain task. I think everybody should really use this. I have been using SF since so many years but found Pipeline Deals more friendly users!

What do you like best? I liked the most audit trail part i.e., while communicating with clients, I always keep pipeline mail box in bcc..in order to have trail of all my emails stored for anyone to refer. This feature I liked the most. Also system is not asking about too much information from the users. It's not cumbersome to fill all the required information in the system. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I have really enjoyed the simplicity of this system with the versatile ability to meet my needs of a contact manager. This system has been able to help my work stay organized and keeps me on the ball. What do you like best? The assign tasks bar. I am able to organize strategic times to reach out to customers. I also find it helpful with recording specific times. Pipeline lets you easily add a contact and a deal seamless and easy. I am able to record both times and dates for call backs as well as what it is I am following up with. What do you dislike? Pipeline is an easy system to use especially for people who are not technically savvy.

What do you like best? I like the functionality of Pipeline. I am able to change multiple accounts at one time which makes it quick and easy to utilize. What do you dislike? I dislike how when you are entering information and you don't quite have the spelling correct the system doesn't find the account. What do you like best? Its the most affordable way to get eyes on your projections What do you dislike? the app struggles to make stage review easy What problems are you solving with the product? Makes work easier and time efficient!

What do you like best? Love the options to filter and sort, it allows me to quickly find and work on the lists I need. What do you dislike? When I delete a contact it doesnt bring me back to my account. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Pipelines allows me customize almost every list which is fantastic.

What do you like best? Being able to track my accounts and monthly calls. What do you dislike? Nothing as yet as I haven’t been using it for to long although not being able to view reports on mobile is not ideal. Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a go. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This is the first crm I have used so I’m learning every day. Keeping track of everything is awesome

The best way to create and maintain customer relationships

What do you like best? I love how interconnected everything is. It's really easy to connect your pipeline account wth your gmail account so that everything talks to each other the way it needs to. What do you dislike? There are still a few programs that don't have pipeline deals integrations yet.
