What do you like best? It kinda works like excel. If you have a handle on excel, PLD is pretty easy to get to know. What do you dislike? I like it a lot. Excellent Customer Service!

What do you like best? I have had a few issues with setting up my new account. Every time that I have contacted customer service, everyone has gone above and beyond what I have experience in the past with other CRM's. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like how PipelineDeals integrates with our phone and email systems. What do you dislike? I do not have any complaints so far. It has been very useful so far. What do you like best? Extremely easy to use and navigate through. Love the chat support option and all of the how to videos that they provide.
