Pipeline deals
What do you like best? easier to use than previous CRM system. Like the calendar feature. What do you dislike? Not able to review tags, pull them up. It looks like only administrators are able to compile this information. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? More streamline process that you can visually see with the deals.

Nice when it works
What do you like best? The screen layout is basic and clean. It is easy for my sales people to find the contacts and deals. What do you dislike? Disconnects frequently and does not synchronize with outlook all the time. Of 4 sales accounts 1 has not worked properly for a year. Poor Search Functions
What do you like best? PipelineDeals is easy for multiple people to access the same information while being able to customize their dashboard. What do you dislike? The search features are a joke, you have to put in the exact titles of things to search and even then - things do not always come up in the search. Doesn't have weighted pipeline. No refunds for annual memberships paid in advance.
What do you like best? There is nothing particularly great about this CRM. I used it based on the advice of another entrepreneur. What do you dislike? There is not a way to do a weighted pipeline. The integrations with other services are limited and require fairly complex steps to use. I dislike most that I am out almost $1000 because the CRM does not and cannot meet my needs, but since I prepaid for an annual subscription, they will not refund my money. Easy to use and intuitive
What do you like best? Pipeline is great for people, like myself, who have never really interacted with a CRM before. It's intuitive, easy to use, clean, organized, and has a section for each relevant piece of customer information. What do you like best? The CRM is so easy to use, and it doesn't have too many "bells and whistles." I also like the quick response to every request from the customer support team members. Lovely CRM
What do you like best? I love the option of creating custom fields, I love the filters and the views. I can customize my views with different fields and export data easily. Integrations and automations with Pipelinedeals are also very easy. I love the tasks! Customer support is good and quick in replying. They usually are able to help us. What do you like best? I like that I can stay organized and can reach pipeline from anywhere that I travel. What do you dislike?
